Privacy Policy of the SoccerBot360 App

1. General information and scope of application

This privacy policy informs users of the SoccerBot360 app (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) about the processing of personal data by Umbrella Software Development GmbH, Trufanowstrasse 19, D -04105 Leipzig, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider” or “we”). The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Da ta Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as the applicable national data protection regulations.

3. Data collected and processing purposes

3.1 Registration and User Account

When registering, we collect the following data: - Name - E-mail-Address - Password

This data is required to create a user account and provide the app.

3.2 Performance Data and Leaderboards

When using the SoccerBot360 training equipment, performance data is c ollected. These include performance values compiled across the board in the sense of reference algorithms from e.g. : 1. Response 2. Hit Rates 3. Transaction

With the user’s consent, these values may be publicly viewable in leaderboards or a global leaderboard.

3.3 Comparative analyses and benchmarking

Performance data can be used in anonymised form for statistical comparative analyses, in particular to determine benchmarks in age groups or gender groups.

3.4 Access code and on -site use

The app can provide regi stered users with access codes (QR codes) required to start training sessions at certain locations.

3.5 Tracking of Usage Data

We record which areas of the app are frequently used. This data is evaluated exclusively anonymously for the internal improvemen t of the app functions.

3.6 Video data and images

Users can upload videos and profile pictures. By uploading, the user agrees that: 1. their profile picture may be displayed in leaderboards, 2. his videos only appear on his profile, unless he activates the “Publish” function for sharing.

By activating the publish button, the user confirms that he has obtained the consent of all persons depicted or his legal representatives and that it may be visible to other users in his profile as well as in leaderboards.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR: 1. For the performance of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR): Provision of the app and the training data. 2. On the basis of consent ( Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR): Publication in best lists, processing of image and video data. 3. On the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR): Statistical analyses to improve the app.

You can revoke your consent at any time (see point 8).

5. Disclosure of data to third parties

5.1 Hosting and Storage

The app is operated on servers in the EU. All personal data is stored in compliance with the GDPR.

5.2 Disclosure to sports facility operators

Data collected at the location of a sports faci lity operator may be processed within the EU within the framework of an existing data processing agreement between the operator and us.

5.3 No disclosure to advertising partners

User data is not passed on to advertisers or external third parties.

6. Storage period and deletion

6.1 User data will be stored for as long as the user account is active.

6.2 Performance data will be retained as long as it is required for benchmark analysis, unless the User withdraws his consent.

6.3 Videos and profile pictu res are deleted when the User removes their profile picture or video or deletes their account.

7. User rights

8.1 Use rs may revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an email to contact@soccerbot360.com.

8.2 After revocation, the user account and all stored data will be deleted.

9. Security of data

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

10. Jurisdiction and applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Leipzig, Germany.
